Describe the problem in your own words. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so rather than take the work.

What helps to include

  • What is not working, and what it costs you - time, money, or customers.
  • What systems are involved, including the ones you dislike.
  • Any deadline that is real rather than preferred.
  • Your rough budget range, so we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

What happens next

You will get a reply from a person who would work on the project, not a sales process. If the problem is outside what we do, we will tell you and, where we can, point you somewhere better.

Before you get in touch

If you are comparing suppliers, ask each of them what they will measure before they change anything, and what they will do if the change does not work. A supplier who cannot answer that is selling a redesign rather than an outcome.

If you already have a system that mostly works and one part that does not, say which part. Narrow problems are usually cheaper to solve than they look, and a full rebuild is often the most expensive possible answer.

Tell us what you need

The more specific you are about the problem, the more useful the first reply will be. We read every enquiry ourselves.

We reply to this address. We do not add it to a mailing list.

A range is enough. It helps us say whether we are the right fit before either of us spends time on a call.

What is not working, what it costs you, and what you have already tried.
